Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 (UTC+8) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day. You will get a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves us.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $150. Delivery times are estimates and exclude time held in customs.
Duties and taxes
Orders are shipped from Mongolia. Any import duty or tax your country charges is payable by you on delivery and is not included in the price at checkout.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Email hello@cashmerepaw.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only on faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is a return plus a fresh order — that way the size you want is not held while your parcel is in transit. If the size you need is out of stock, tell us and we will hold one for you.
Faulty items
Cashmere pills; that is the fibre, not a fault, and it settles after the first few wears. Anything that is genuinely faulty — a failed seam, a hole, hardware that breaks — we replace or refund, including postage both ways. Send us a photograph and we will sort it out.
