Sizing, care, shipping and returns — the things we are asked most.
- How do I choose a size?
- Measure your dog along the back, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and match that to the size chart on each product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one — cashmere has give, but it does not grow.
- Is it really 100% cashmere?
- Yes. Every piece is knitted from 100% Mongolian cashmere, sourced from herders in the Gobi and spun in Ulaanbaatar. Nothing is blended with wool or acrylic.
- How do I wash it?
- Hand wash in cold water with a wool detergent, press the water out rather than wringing, and dry flat away from direct heat. Never tumble dry. Washed this way a piece will outlast several seasons.
- Why is my dog’s sweater pilling?
- Pilling is normal for cashmere and happens most in the first few wears where the garment rubs — under a harness, between the front legs. Remove pills with a cashmere comb; it settles down after that.
- Will it fit over a harness?
- Our sweaters have a leash opening at the back and are cut to sit over a standard harness. For a bulky no-pull harness, we would put the harness on over the sweater instead.
- Where do you ship, and how much is it?
- Worldwide. Shipping is free within Mongolia and on any order over $150; elsewhere it is $12 to $24 depending on destination. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.
- Can I return something that does not fit?
- Yes — anything unworn, unwashed and tagged can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for return instructions.
- Do you sell wholesale?
