1. These terms

This site is operated by Cashmere Paw LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your own country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for detail.

5. Returns and cancellation

Our returns policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Product descriptions

Cashmere is a natural fibre. Slight variation in colour and texture between pieces, and between a piece and its photograph, is a property of the material rather than a defect. Sizing guidance is a guide — measure your dog.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The designs, photography and text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Mongolia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
